41-45 Spadina Road is ProWinko’s iconic residential heritage property constructed in 1905, as designed by architect Arthur R. Denison. A Zoning ByLaw Permit has recently been granted by the city to construct an additional 10 storeys above the existing building, cantilevering via a steel construction, while preserving the existing building’s heritage fabric.
